Delete your account in the app
- Open the Paguely app on your device.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears.

Email us at hello@paguely.app with the subject line Delete My Account, and we will process your request within 30 days.
What happens to your data
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account information.
- Your reading shelf and history.
- Your reveals and clues history.
- Your reviews and ratings.
- Your social connections and group memberships.
- All personal preferences and taste data.
What we retain
- Anonymous, non-identifiable usage data used to improve the app. This carries no personal information.
- Transaction records we are required by law to keep, for up to 7 years.
How long it takes
Account deletion is immediate when you do it in the app. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
